Hill Road Offices
This project for Jesus College, of Cambridge University, is for high-quality commercial office accommodation on a site in the centre of Cambridge. The requirement was to make a building that would serve as a lasting asset to the College and make a positive contribution to the surrounding area, much of which is also owned by the College. The Hills Road Office has been accredited as “the greenest office building” within the Cambridge city centre.
Beaconsfield Medical Centre
A permanent wrap extension formed a new corridor and facilitated the seamless excavation of beds from the theatre suites. The operating theatres were also refurbished and an additional theatre was added to bring the total number of theatres in the suite to ten. Seven of the theatres were equipped with specialist laminar airflow, ensuring the air within the theatre environment is at the cleanest possible standard.
Quest Apartment Hotel
A “home away from home”, the £10m Quest Apartment Hotel design and build project created 100 modern apartments “perfectly positioned in the heart of Liverpool” city centre. The first UK property in the Australasian hotelier, Quest’s, portfolio, the luxury seven-storey Aparthotel offers guests substantial living space and comfort in serviced apartment style . Completed on time and to budget, we converted the second, In addition to the development of 100 serviced apartments, our team also constructed modern facilities, which comprised of reception, conference room, gym, and back-of-house areas.

Spring Park data centre upgrades
The Sweet Projects Corsham team have assisted ARK Data centre construction team on over 50 projects, ranging from fitting replacement upgraded lifts into existing Data centre buildings, Electric Vehicle charging points, asbestos removal and demolition, plus street lighting, and enhanced CPNI secure room wrapping
Alliance Park data centre, Ealing
The 1.95 hectares site is located within the London Borough of Ealing. It comprised of vehicle showrooms belonging to Renault and Nissan, along with vehicle forecourts, vehicle maintenance, and internal waste oil storage areas. This phase of works included the demolition of all buildings, structures on the former site, including retaining wall to Alliance road.
Longcross Data Centre One, Surrey
Section 3 of this project includes the construction of the Energy Centre, Ancillary Building, Data Centre, and Substation. The data halls and array of secure rooms provide a building total of 16.8MW. Sweet Projects are undertaking all the civils elements, including slabs, construction of the Energy Centre and Ancillary block.
